Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Booking and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and confirm services. Your booking is not considered final until the deposit has been received and a signed agreement is in place.

2. Payments
All remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your event, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Perfect Day Events, based on services already rendered and time invested.

4. Changes and Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll make every effort to accommodate a new date based on availability. Requests for changes must be made in writing.

5. Responsibilities
Perfect Day Events is responsible for carrying out the agreed-upon services to the best of our professional ability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and access to all necessary event details and locations.

6. Non-Liability
Perfect Day Events is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, vendor complications, illness, or government restrictions. In these situations, we will make every reasonable effort to assist and adapt plans accordingly.

7. Photography and Promotion
With client permission, Perfect Day Events may use select photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. Personal details will never be shared without consent.

8. Agreement
By booking with Perfect Day Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
