We are not responsible for unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, power outages, vendor issues, transportation delays, government restrictions, or any other events that may affect your wedding or event day.
If something unforeseen does occur, please know that we will do our very best to adapt, problem-solve, and support you in finding solutions wherever possible. Your experience and peace of mind will always remain our top priority.

Refund Policy - the basics
At Perfect Day Events, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness for both parties. A **non-refundable deposit** is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. This deposit covers the time, planning, and resources dedicated to preparing for your event from the moment your booking is confirmed. Because these preparations begin immediately, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation or postponement.
If your event date changes, we will make every effort to apply your deposit toward a new date, provided that availability allows. Any changes must be requested in writing and approved by Perfect Day Events. The remaining balance for services is due as outlined in your contract. Refunds for any additional payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will follow the terms stated in your agreement.
